that you should consider when diagnosing the problem.

Internet Browser
There are a number of possible Internet Browsers used to
view pages on the internet. These include Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape,

Broadband Connections
If you are having problems viewing the stream continuously
and there is regular "buffering" or the video stream is freezing there is likely
to be a problem with your broadband connection.
